Our Guidelines

It is a pleasure to have you with us.

You know it is very important to have everything organized and ready to receive you beforehand. Therefore, we would like to ask you to read and follow some guidelines which we consider essential for our continuous improvement.

* Please enroll for the appropriate program – Individual / Peer by completing all the form which we will send you.

* After sending us your form, a full confirmation of this booking will be sent to you as well as an invoice for a 20% non-refundable deposit to be paid via PayPal (or through a PayPal invoice).

* The balance must be paid four weeks prior to the start of the immersion coaching.

* After this date, the cancellation will result in 10% of the course fee being refunded.

* If you require special diets (gluten-free, dairy-free) extra fees will be charged.

*When to arrive and depart
Arrivals on days other than Friday incur extra costs, as well as departures on days other than Monday.

**Where to arrive and depart
You should arrive and depart from Salgado Filho International Airport in Porto Alegre/RS (POA). You will be met for both your arrival and departure flights in Porto Alegre, and then we are driving to our town, around 35 km away from the capital.

*As we receive only adults,  you are responsible for paying for any damage to property, items, furniture, etc, that may be caused.

* We will do everything and take responsibility for your safety and well-being. We, ‘Português no Sul do Brazil’, and the host families, cannot accept legal responsibility for any accidents, illness, theft or loss of personal effects, though.

**You are strongly advised to take out comprehensive personal insurance before coming to Brazil. ‘Português no Sul do Brazil’ complies with health and safety legislation in Brazil. REMEMBER your vaccines!

*** ALL the information you are sending us is confidential and will not be shared under any circumstance. However, we require you to send us accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information, in case of an accident or an emergency.
